The Penny Candies at Three Weeks

Pricilla Pixie Stix and Rocketdog Rockford Rhoades has brought us some wonderful and widly varied pups. This is Pixie's first litter so it is nigh on impossible to tell what is going to turn up until they show up. So far we have a wonderful bunch of fur bearing critters and no health issues at all.

The Candies are all growing at about the right rate, as judged by weight, though every litter is different. We expect them to grow quickly and these all have. If someone appears to be falling behind they get a bit of extra attention and some time to catch up. We clipped all the little nails and weighed everyone for this three week check-up. They will be given their doctor's visit in mid-March. Our next evaluation is the Six Week Final Evaluation at six weeks.

Twizzler - Available Male

Twizzler is now a 40 ounce wiggler, so is a bit hard to hold down. He is a beautiful puppy with a very nice ermine spotting showing up in his fur.

There is always one dewclaw in every litter that comes back, this is the one.

Bazooka Joe - Male Taken

Bazooka Joe has found a family in Vancouver and will be going there with his brother Hubba Bubba. It is half the work to have two Bassets.

Joe is a smaller form of Basset at 32 Ounces. His Ermine spotting is beginning to show. Joe is adorable and has great form at three weeks

Mary Jane - Available Female

Mary Jane is a Model of exceptional beauty. She is a smaller form and weighs 31 Ounces today.

Her whiter than white fur is beginning to show ermine spotting.

Chic-O-Stix - Available Female

This Chic is a GoGo and happy as can be. A very pretty, very energetic little girl.

She has some spotting showing up in her white places. A larger puppy, she weighs 39 ounces bone dry.

Hubba Bubba - Male Taken

Bubba has a family in Vancouver and they are in for a treat.
Bubba is a atheletic little fellow at 33 ounces.

Hubba Bubba is a kissy face who loves giving attention.
His family has taken his brother Joe as well.
The two will both cause, and stay out of, trouble together.

Tootsie Pop - Available Mal

Tootsie Pop is a super nice boy and weighs a heafty 39 ounces
He has great form for a field dog with his heavy bones and broad skull.

I see this one developing into a wonderful Basset of the Euro style.

Winnie (Dot) - Female Taken

The sweetest little girl in the bunch.
Winnie is a cuddler of exceptional skill.

Calm and patient. With a eyes you might lose yourself in.
Winnie is a big one at 42 ounces.

Necco (Niko) - Male Taken

This is potentially a Field Basset with stout legs and independat spirit. He is a hefty little lemon at 44 ounces.

Necco has a family waiting in San Mateo Look at the naturally strong stance at three weeks.

Cash (Smarty) - Male Taken

Cash will go to a home with two other Rocketdog males So his life will be a riot and he will hold his own.  Two Bassets is easier, but three is may be a wild bunch. Cash is a lovable little monster.  He is by far the largest at 49 ounces.
