The DIY Rocketdog Winter Coat Kit comes packaged with nearly everything you need to make one coat. The only thing you need, which is not provided, is a sewing machine and thread. 

The kit comes with three main parts: the Main Panel, the Belly Flap Panel, and a Bag containing three sets of buckles and enough strap to make an extra large coat (no matter which size you bought).
