RocketDog Basset Hounds Retail Agreement and Contract
This contract is an agreement between Rocket Dog Bassets (David and Ann Smith, Proprietors of Creekside Farm Oregon and Rocketdog Bassets) as Seller
and:

as Buyer.
In this agreement the Seller has agreed to sell property rights to a Basset Hound Dog to the Buyer and the Buyer has agreed to purchase those same rights for a fee of $___________________ . These rights include only those rights assigned by the Seller to the Buyer and none other than these. Breech of this contract in any area of which the various rights are assigned to the Buyer purchasing the live animal will occur whenever the Buyer does act to do either a specific Right which is not assigned to the Buyer or does not do a specific responsibility that this contract assigns to the responsibility of the Buyer. Any non-assigned right done without an explicit permission written into the contract, or responsibility not carried out according to the terms of this contract may and will result in some legal action left unspecified herein but may include a legal repossession of the live animal being sold herein, or other legal action to recoup any loss of the property value of the Seller.
TO WIT Assignment of Rights: Rights given over from the Seller to the Buyer include only those of the following Rights in this list and none other than these. Without a signature the Rights are not assigned to the Buyer.
The Transfer of Ownership rights are given to the Buyer along with the right to register this Basset Hound Dog with the American Kennel Club (AKC).

The Right to breed this Basset Hound Dog to any other Basset Hound is given to the Buyer. Unless specifically allowed, breeding is prohibited by this contract.

The Right to breed this Basset Hound Dog to any American Kennel Club (AKC) registered Basset Hound Dog for sale of offspring is assigned to the Buyer. Unless specifically allowed, and fees paid to the seller, breeding is prohibited.

The Right to Return this Basset Hound Dog to the Seller for partial refund at any time is given to the Buyer providing this return is made within four weeks of delivery to the buyer.

The Right to return this Basset Hound Dog to the Seller for no refund is given to the Buyer. This return can be made within one years time of delivery to the buyer.

The above Rights being the only Rights assigned to the Buyer by the Seller in this contract.
Assignment of Responsibilities to the Buyer.
It is expected, of the Buyer, that certain actions will be taken in regards to owning this Basset Hound Dog to include only those of the following Responsibilities and none other than these.
The Buyer is expected to provide a safe environment for the Basset Hound Dog

The above responsibilities being the only responsibilities assigned to the Buyer by the Seller.
The Seller, by the signature below agrees to sell the Basset Hound Dog to the Buyer (named above) along with those Rights expressly assigned to the Buyer and also the Responsibilities assigned to the Buyer by the Seller.

Delivery addendum.
This is an agreement between the above named Seller to deliver to the above named Buyer, the Basset Hound Dog in good health, to a place chosen by the Buyer.
